Brands

To start manipulations with brands, go to " Product Catalog -> Brands ".

Creating and editing a brand

Brand tab

1. Ability to set a translation (if the site uses more than 1 language)

2. Name (translated field)

3. Link (when created, the link will be generated automatically)

4. Description (will participate on the brand page when viewed by the user, translatable field)

5. Icon responsible for the brand

Meta Data Tab

If you need to override the meta-data, then this is done in this tab. All fields are language specific if the site uses more than 1 language.

Removal

The removal of a brand occurs from the list of brands. A removed brand is removed from its associated products. Deletion does not create a redirect to the " Redirect Module ", that is, the page for the user will be deleted, which will display the status "404" to search bots.

Usage

You can set a product brand on the Create/Edit product page or through import.

After that, the brand will be displayed on the product page.

The brand will be present in the catalog when filtering.

The product will be displayed on the brand page.
