Appearance Notifications

Navigate to " Orders -> Notifications of Appearance "

In this list, you can see the desires to buy a product that is not currently available.

The e-mail left for notifications will receive a message from the module " Manage email notifications " (Modules -> Manage email notifications ) with the template " notification_email ".

This notification will automatically be sent when updating the balance of goods when importing or when editing manually . It is also possible to send a message using a button from the notification list (described below).

List of Appearance Notifications

It is possible to filter to search for the desired application for notification, deletion, status change, editing and manual notification.

id - internal identifier of the order (system).

E-mail - which e-mail will be notified when the product appears.

Added time - the time the request was created.

Valid until - Attention , this field is not used . So far set for future expansion. This field does not affect the sending of notifications . You can use it for your internal purposes during administration.

Status - for internal use. The user who left the notification does not see this. The status was created to simplify the work of administrators.

Manager - when the status is changed, an administrator is assigned who is responsible for this notification. The user who left the notification does not see this. This field is for ease of administration.

Product - the product for which the notification was left.

Notification - if the button is gray, then the notification has already gone away (the product has appeared or the "Notify" button has been clicked), if the button is active, then the notification is waiting for the product to appear.

Editing

When editing, you can change some fields, including the e-mail to which the notification will be sent. It is also possible to send a notification manually.

The Comment and Phone fields are used internally. The user who left the application does not see them.
