Callbacks

To start working with ordered callbacks, go to "Modules -> All modules -> Callbacks" or "Orders -> List of callbacks".

The choice of topic and status can be added by the developer when the user creates a callback. By default, a callback is created with the topic "Consultation" and the status "New".
